Sharing our startup-program milestone

Eregis was accepted into Microsoft for Startups on 25 July 2026. Today we are sharing that milestone and the product direction behind it: developing AI tools for practical work, with clear context, responsibility and review. It is an opportunity to explain the ideas connecting our products and the work we want to make easier.

Microsoft for Startups offers eligible companies resources for developing products and reaching customers. We will evaluate those resources against practical Eregis product needs. Participation gives us another setting in which to learn, develop and connect with the wider startup ecosystem, alongside the day-to-day work of building useful experiences for organisations.

Start with the work people need to complete

Organisations do not simply need more generated text. They need help completing tasks with the right information, the right permissions and a result they can assess. A document, a customer conversation or an operational request can involve several people and systems. The challenge is to make that work easier without making its ownership harder to understand.

Our direction is to connect AI assistance with those practical requirements. We want people to be able to describe the task, identify its source material and decide where review belongs. A sensible workflow should make uncertainty visible and distinguish a proposed action from an action that has actually been completed. These principles guide our product choices.

The Eregis product direction

The Eregis website presents the Superagent Orchestrator and Data Rooms as part of a broader product family. DynamicMail focuses on communications and document work, DynamicBooks on finance operations and VoxME on voice. These public descriptions introduce distinct areas of work, helping a team identify the relevant product and discuss what fits its requirements.

We are interested in the connections between these areas. A service request may begin as a conversation, depend on documents and eventually require a reviewed operational decision. Our ambition is to make these transitions more coherent. The details still matter: the organisation's data, the systems involved, the access boundaries and the point at which a person should approve the next step.

What the program can support

The public Data Rooms description includes files, approved tools, communications, specialist handoffs and review evidence. Our Orchestrator preview describes Planner, Researcher, Executor, Critic and Memory Curator roles. These concepts reflect a shared intention: organise complex work into responsibilities that people can follow, with relevant information and a place for review.

Microsoft for Startups resources may support further development as we evaluate the opportunities relevant to that direction. Individual benefits depend on eligibility and program terms. Membership is not product certification or an endorsement of an Eregis implementation. Product capabilities and deployment requirements remain questions to assess directly, with the team responsible for the work.

An ambition that requires careful progress

Our long-term vision is “Trustworthy and Safe Super Intelligence”: increasingly useful intelligence developed with attention to human control, reliability and consequences. This is a future ambition. Working toward it means acknowledging the limits of AI systems and connecting each improvement to an outcome that can be explained, reviewed and evaluated.

Progress toward that ambition starts with work that can be explained and evaluated. We want to learn from organisations with specific needs, including document workflows, communications, coordinated tasks and service operations. Those conversations help distinguish a useful product requirement from a broad promise and keep development connected to practical value.

Explore our product pages to learn more about each area, or contact Eregis to discuss a workflow you are considering. Bring the intended outcome, the constraints and the decisions that need human review. We will continue publishing updates here as our products and programme participation develop, with clear distinctions between current information, ongoing work and future direction.
